Generally, a standard sedan typically offers a comfortable seating capacity for up to four passengers, specifically designed to accommodate three individuals. In terms of luggage capacity, the trunk of a sedan usually provides sufficient space for two standard-sized suitcases.
There will be no additional fee if the luggage can fit comfortably within the trunk of the vehicle. However, if any luggage item, such as a carry-on, suitcase, duffle bag, or box, needs to be placed inside the vehicle, there will be an extra charge of $10.00 per piece.
If all of the luggage pieces are large in size, either a minivan or an SUV will be required.
The availability of the vehicle for reservation depends on the size of your pet. Generally, small pets can be accommodated in a regular sedan or midsize SUV. However, larger pets require a bigger vehicle. Please ensure to inform us during the booking process as not all drivers are equipped to provide this service.
In order to adhere to legal regulations, it is mandatory for children under the age of 8 to be seated securely in a car seat. Passengers have the option to either bring their own car seats or request NJ LIMO1 to provide them for an additional fee.
Passengers who are under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The driver may request identification to verify the passenger’s age.
The customary tipping range in the industry generally falls between 15% to 20%. Nevertheless, the exact amount is ultimately at your discretion and can be based on your personal preference.
Not all airport journeys are subject to toll charges. In Manhattan, the typical toll fee for traveling to or from JFK or LGA airports is approximately $10.17. For trips involving EWR (Newark Airport), tolls start at $21.80. These toll fees are applicable for each segment of roundtrip reservations. If the driver encounters tolls on the return journey to the city, an additional charge will be included. It is important to mention that the driver will choose the most appropriate route, taking into account factors such as traffic and weather conditions.

If you have misplaced an item in a vehicle affiliated with NJ Limo1, please contact our office, and we will promptly assist you in coordinating with the driver and relevant departments to locate the item. However, please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for any belongings left behind. We will make every effort to recover your item, and if successful, we will contact you to arrange for its return. Alternatively, we can facilitate the delivery of the item to you, but please note that additional charges may apply based on the distance traveled. At NJ Limo1, we have a 10-minute grace period after the scheduled pickup time, during which no waiting time charges will be incurred. However, if the delay exceeds 15 minutes, waiting time charges will be applied for the entire duration of the delay. To provide further clarity, let’s consider a couple of examples:
Example 1: If the scheduled pickup time is 10 AM and the passenger arrives at 10:10 AM, no waiting time charges will be applied.
Example 2: If the scheduled pickup time is 10 AM and the passenger arrives at 10:15 AM, a waiting time charge of 15 minutes will be applied. The waiting time fee is calculated based on an hourly rate that is prorated according to the vehicle class.
